The Hong Kong localization pack complies with 1) Employment Ordinance, where applicable, payroll is calculated based on minimum wage calculation and requirement (Chap 608) and 12 months average wage calculation (E(A)O 2007); 2) Tax Ordinance – employers return/notification BIR56 B, E, F & G; 3) Provident Fund and Retirement Scheme Ordinance – Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme (MPF) (CAP 485) and Occupational Retirement Scheme (ORSO )(CAP426).

The payroll module is a payroll solution which is compliant with labour, tax and provident scheme legislation laws. Payroll is calculated in accordance with the employment ordinance : 12 months average wage calculation (E(A)O 2007) and minimum wage calculation (chapter 608).
